The OJCMS ™ accounting system

Accounting

The OJCMS ™ accounting system is a fundamental part of the casino management system. Its main function is to manage tax information and collect other important data from the slot floor and present it to casino management. This is done by physically connecting all slot machines on the floor with the floor server, extracting important information from the slot machines and sending this information to the server.

Physical connections are provided by the hardware. A small device called interface GI200 is implanted in the slot machine and directly connected to the main card. The GI200 collects and channels information collected via the ethernet network to the floor server.

The software part of OJCMS™ accounting can then use this database to provide different tools that are available to users through various user interfaces and on different PC workstations (management, headquarters).

Technical Information
Hardware

OJCMS™ accounting equipment is designed fit in various slot machines. The gi200 interface unit is associated with up to 10 independent sensors covering access to all critical parts of slot machines.

– 10 independent sensors controlling access

– heavy and low maintenance

– compatible with SAS slot machines

– compatible with non-SAS slot machines or with no protocol

– autonomous power

– emergency battery

– communication protocols TTL, RS232, RS242

– galvanic bridge between COM and PU ports

– data stored for 7 days

Architecture

Floor network-Ethernet is made to connect slot machines with the floor server. The network architecture includes switches and power outlets, which provide power to the ethernet of the GI200. The Switch fuses slot machines connect the floor server. The server supports an outgoing communication line for remote access and support.

Software

All OJCMS™ software modules are designed to work within the Linux operating system to provide a fully user-friendly environment.

Each user of the system can access the software application with a username and password, which define their system permissions. These authorizations are pre-defined by senior management and can be defined for a single user or group of users.Users can access the application from almost anywhere, simply using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) Connection.

Technical Requirements Of Slot Machines

OJCMS™ is designed to connect with slots using SAS protocol, or by using mechanical counters (for machines that do not have SAS protocol).)

OJCMS™ supports SAS protocol from 3.10 to 6.2

OJCMS™ also supports non-protocol machines, which only need mechanical counters in out bet and win (this option is limited by the amount of information we have)

Server and database

The OJCMS ™ module uses ground servers with the Debian Linux operating system.

For a multi-site configuration (connecting multiple sites in a single system), an additional Central server is required for the central administration. It runs on the same platform as the local servers in each Casino.
